Quality is non-negotiable. Every batch we produce utilizes Clinical-Grade Ingredients to ensure safety and therapeutic efficacy.

  • High-Purity Pharma Quality: We source only top-tier active ingredients and excipients.

  • Clean Label Options: Specialized formulations including Vegan, All-Natural, and Non-GMO bases.

  • Integrity Tested: Every ingredient is vetted for purity and stability before entering our production line.

Pricing

At Suppository Factory, we believe in a "Pay-as-you-Scale" model. We’ve structured our pricing to ensure that you don't need a venture capital-sized budget to launch a pharmaceutical-grade product. While mass production lowers the per-unit cost, our low-MOQ model lowers your total financial risk.

Cost Breakdown: What to Expect

R&D & Setup

  • Range: $1000 – $2000

  • What it covers: This is a one-time investment for each new formulation. It includes our chemists’ time to stabilize your blend, machine calibration, and the production of pilot samples for your approval.

Manufacturing

  • Range: $0.50 – $2.00 per unit

  • Variable Factors: Costs depend on the complexity and cost of your ingredients (simple nutritional supplements vs. specialized Probiotics) and the type of base requested (coconut oil, cocoa butter or pharma grade bases).

  • As volume increases this per-unit cost drops significantly.

Packaging & Labeling

  • Range: $0.40 – $5.00

  • What it covers: This includes the primary container (blister strip, jar, or pouch) and the application of your custom-designed labels.

  • Options: We offer stock packaging for the lowest cost or custom bespoke options for a premium brand feel.

Process

How to Order Your Batch

Ordering a custom batch of suppositories may seem like a daunting process, but we’ve simplified it into four clear phases to ensure your product moves from the lab to the shelf as efficiently as possible.

Project Discovery & Quote

Everything starts with a conversation. You tell us your target active ingredients, your desired base (e.g., vegan, cocoa butter, pharmaceutical base), and your packaging preference.

We provide a comprehensive quote that outlines the costs and estimated lead times.

Formulation & Prototype Approval

Once the project is green-lit, our R&D lab goes to work. We develop a pilot prototype of your formula. We test for:

  • Melt-Point Precision: Ensuring the product stays solid in the box but dissolves perfectly upon use.

  • Ingredient Suspension: Verifying that your active ingredients are evenly distributed for consistent dosing.

  • Physical Stability: Ensuring the suppository retains its shape and integrity

  • You receive samples for final approval before full-scale production begins.

cGMP Manufacturing

With your approval, we move to the production floor. Using our specialized suppository filling & sealing machines, we manufacture your batch in our FDA-registered facility. Throughout this phase, rigorous Quality Assurance checks are made to ensure every single unit meets pharmaceutical-grade standards.

Packaging, Labeling & Shipping

Your suppositories are then packaged in your chosen packaging, whether that’s sterile blister packs, jars, or consumer friendly pouches. We apply your custom branding, perform a final quality audit, and ship the finished product directly to your warehouse or fulfillment center.

Low MOQ

At Suppository Factory, we’ve removed the traditional barriers to entry for the pharmaceutical and wellness markets. We provide a transparent, step-by-step path from your initial idea to a retail-ready product, all with the industry’s most flexible minimums.

Industry-Leading Low MOQs

Start with just 5,000 units. Most manufacturers require large commitments that stall innovation. We specialize in Small-Batch Agility, allowing startups, clinics, and boutique brands to enter the market with minimal risk.

  • Test the Market: Validate your formula with real customers before scaling.

  • Preserve Capital: Invest in marketing and growth rather than sitting on excess inventory.

  • Agile Pivoting: Update formulations or branding based on early feedback without wasting stock.
